ninjadine: It’s quite small and probably more for children. But very cute and functional. If you’ve got big hands you’ll definitely be splashing water all over the place. But it’s perfect for very small tight spaces.

Robert & Kellie Bindel: So this unit is super small. If you have ample space then look for something bigger. However, if your like me and have designed the worlds smallest half bath (as in competing with airplane bathrooms) then this is your ticket! It's remarkably simple to assemble and seems pretty sturdy though I wouldn't dare install in a damp location. It's pressed wood so showers will make the boards swell.

DOTDOT: We added a new operatory to our dental practice. We were working with a good sized room but since we wanted the plumbing lined up with the operatory next to the new one - to avoid alot of major re-piping - we had to put the sink right in the entry way. So to avoid patients and staff from bumping into it, we looked for a very compact sink with a vanity. This fits perfectly. It has room underneath in case the dentist's chair or assistant 's chair rolls near it. Great clearance! As soon as the doctor comes in the room, they can step right up to the sink and wash because the faucet is facing the entrance to the room. I like how you can have the faucet facing either direction and because it's not directly in the middle of the basin, it leaves plenty of space. At first we had a silver, metal industrial sink. No vanity because at first we thought we can free up some space w/o one -it just connected to the pipes and jutted from the wall (think science lab in school type of sink.) We left it up to the contractor to get the sink w/o seeing it first. It was installed and everything but looked absolutely unsightly! Didn't fit the room at all. Taylor: My unit, like some other reviewers did not come with instructions. I was able to figure it out, but for those who are struggling, here are a few tips.

1. Start with the door and the hinges. The hinges will screw into the right side of the vanity (see picture on Amazon for reference)

2. The next biggest holes on the sides of the unit (and the thinner pieces) are where the pegs go through. Put the unit on its right side and put the pegs in. The smallest holes with a grey ring on the outer edge are where the odd-looking black screws will go. Screw the black screws and place the pegs in the appropriate slots on the right side of the unit. (Do the same with the left unit, then set it aside. Do not attach the left side of the unit yet)

3. Attach the bottom piece (white, unpolished piece with the big holes facing upwards) to the right side. The screws and pegs. will slide into the side of the bottom piece.

4. Use the short silver screw with a long horizontal groove below the screw head. This works by lining up the gap on the bottom side with the black screw that is now partially visible through the largest holes. Push the silver screw into the hole with a...
