Kindle Customer: I have been very happy with these batteries. I have used them in tv remotes, computer mouse, flashlights, and more. So far, they seem to go for a long time on a charge. I have both AA and AAA.

Remin ArkyRemin Arky: I had posted about batteries that had a problem. Customer service responded to me and offered replacements. It’s nice that they stand by their merchandise. At the same time I’d have preferred not to have to deal with it. Still not sure if it’s really the batteries or the charger. All in all it suggest they’re a good company to buy from. I’m between 3.5 and 4 on this one but there’s no doubt their customer service is excellent.

I have been a long time buyer of EBL batteries so I’m not sure what’s happening but so many batteries that I’ve bought have stopped working — sometimes in dangerous ways. For instance my most recent battery kept on popping up as “alkaline” and only by inserting and reinserting it a few times did it start charging. Well, I come back a couple hours later and it’s swollen up like it’s got pox and it’s like burning to the touch. You might say, maybe you are using a cheap charger? Well, as it turns out I only have EBL “smart” chargers (two of them!) so— maybe I am!

The idea behind rechargeable batteries was that you can save on the environment and costs. I’ve charged this battery...

AMZ Lifer With Candid ReviewsAMZ Lifer With Candid Reviews: UPDATE 8/3/21: first let me start by saying I was blown away by the superb customer service I received after previously submitting my review for these 3 packs of batteries (2 packs of Triple AAA and 1 pack of Double AA). I submitted what I THOUGHT was an honest review and only gave it 1 🌟 which in all fairness probably should have been a little higher to begin with, but due to other products I purchased around the same time not working as advertised, I may have taken all of my frustrations out on this product alone as I didn't have the time to review those products too.
Now onto the phenomenal customer service I received and how the seller absolutely stands behind their products. Shortly after submitting my original review the seller reached out to me SEVERAL TIMES in hopes to learn exactly how I was using the batteries (the type of battery operated devices and products, what the battery specs were for those items, was I using the same charger to recharge all of them etc), and if I had tried to FULLY discharge them and RECHARGE them a few times, along with checking out a few other things to determine the culprit of problem, and additional tips to improve product performance....
