Claire : The media could not be loaded.  I got this as a gift for my sister for Christmas and she loves it. It took a bit of trial and error for her to learn to properly use it. Make sure to go over the tips and instructions on Amazon. She didn’t and ended up making mistakes. Overall it works really well and gets really hot. It’s easy to use and I included a video of her using it. It has a very strong smell when you first turn it on. It’s not as bad after repeated uses, but it did linger. Make sure to use it in a space with good ventilation. You can see the temperature in both Celsius and Fahrenheit which is nice. It’s comes with a few test images. This was great for my sister because she messed up twice before getting it right. It heats up evenly and quickly too. It doesn’t take too long for the images to transfer onto your mug. It also helps save money in the long run because the press adds tightness around the cup so you don’t have to use shrink wrap.

You can do 11 oz or 15 oz sublimation ceramic mugs 2 pieces at one time, also you can print straight sublimation tumbler of 30oz., 20oz., 16oz., it’s smaller and take less space than the big heat press. The first thing I will say is that this should NOT be used on plastic nor should it be used in a close space. It should be used in WELL ventilated place. It already has a pretty strong smell right out of the box. I use this mostly in my garage. In terms of size, this is not a very big device but it is made of metal so it can be heavy. That being said, it comes with the power cord, extra two fuses, and the gloves. Please note the gloves are INSIDE the device so make sure to remove it before use. Now going into the use of this device. It does have a lock on the latch to keep it from flying open. The handle is insulated but it still can get warm when you are using it.
