The lace in the glove’s pocket broke the very first day I used it playing catch. Glove is now useless. Broke in an area that I cannot simply fix. Will cost as much as the glove itself to have fixed. Returning and going to go with a completed different style.

The color is exactly what he wanted. It was as broken in as I would have wished but it’s a baseball glove so I wasn’t expecting it to be ready to go. Mom and dad threw with it to break it in and it didn’t take long. It’s a great size for a child who is familiar with moving a glove with their hand. Would be tough for a beginner. We love EASTON and grew up using it. Didn’t expect to be let down and we definitely were not!

I bought this Easton glove looking for one with more stiffness for my 12U son. It came stiff from the factory just like I wanted but not to stiff that I couldn't get it play ready in two days. My glove break-in technique worked perfect and my son was catching with it two days later. Should get 3 good years out of it with no problems before we upgrade to the next level.

Glove is great quality! Down side to it, pretty tough for my elementary school aged kid to break in. His hand just isn’t strong enough. Even with oils and treatments it’s taking a while. I strongly believe this glove will last for a long time due to the quality of leather.
