CindyCindy: Amazing quality and easy to use! Tip: don’t try to cut it when it’s wet it will tear. Instead I made exact measurement cuts so there was no overhang and it turned out perfectly!

JenniferJennifer: The media could not be loaded.  EDIT. Two out of 3 rolls were NOT pre-pasted. The roll said they were but I had to paste the wall to get the other two rolls to stick. You could tell there was no paste, it was Matt paper when wet, the other roll was slippery once wet from the glue. It started along the edges, not sticking, then entire sheets of the roll had no glue.

Definitely fragile when wet. Couldn’t even drag it through water without the pressure tearing it so I resorted to just lying it in the tub and spraying it down with the handheld shower head. Worked perfect. Trimming it is a holy terror. Wet, dry, painted, different blades, whichever way I tried didn’t work well. Edges all ended up jagged after trimming. I painted over the trimmed edges to try to clean them up. Overall super easy and very cost effective

LadybugLadybug: We painted charcoal for our dining room and white for our bedroom.
It looks amazing. This is a two person job.
When the wall paper is wet, it can be ripped very easy. Don’t leave it in the water for more than 5 seconds if you don’t want to spend 20 minutes getting rid of the bubbles

Kelly M.Kelly M.: Awesome product overall. I just want to caution pet and cat owners that this is a soft thick wallpaper and my kitties have already gotten some claw marks and scratches on it. Only reason for deducting a star. Please follow all instructions like prepping the area. We didn’t have to soak paper as long as instructed, though. Also wait at least 24 hours to cut. We hid the unclean edges with new quarter inch molding. Looks like new cabinets!

S_BonnoS_Bonno: The wallpaper looks great once you’ve painted it. I’ve already got loads of compliments.
It was very fiddly to put up. I started on the easiest area and worked my way into the harder areas. It also doesn’t cover imperfections, which I had hoped for. It shows them clearly through the paper.
I would not recommend cutting this while wet & on the walls. It tears very easily. Either make sure you measure correctly while dry or wait until it’s dried on the walls to trim with a Stanley knife.
I made sure I read the comments beforehand and had my nails cut, otherwise I would have left indents or torn the paper as it does damage easily.
I read a few comments about the glue, my experience was there was A LOT of glue while putting up, but it doesn’t seem to have stuck well onto the walls and I’ve had to glue down a few edges.
Overall, I do like the finished look but there are most definitely easier papers to use.

stewart r.: Heavy textured wallpaper, easy to use and just be patient don't trim until it's completely dry .lining up very easy ,you will be pleased.

Jenna NewmanJenna Newman: So, let me start out by saying I would have given this a full 5 stars if it was easy to trim. Before you ever put it up MAKE ALL YOUR CUTS! Once it’s up, it will rip if you try to cut it no matter how new or sharp your razor is. Other than it’s super thick, covers any unwanted places. I will def be using it again in other places

Christina: I had never hung wallpaper before, but this went up pretty easily. Some reviews said there isn't enough adhesive on the back, and I didn't find that to be the case at all. If anything, I thought there was a bit too much because a lot of it gooped out as I was spreading it on the wall. You just need to follow the directions and wet it well and then let it sit for 5 minutes for the glue to properly activate. The paper did go up easily and the glue was not so sticky that I couldn't adjust the pieces as needed. Overall, I am very pleased with this, and I think it turned out very nice. My only complaint is that it doesn't cut well once it is wet. I had to precut the pieces to the exact size I wanted because if I waited to trim it when it is on the wall like one generally does when hanging wallpaper, it always came out jagged and did not have any crisp cuts even with new blades on my cutter. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the product and it looks very much like actual beadboard.

Iris74: This was my first time installing wallpaper. I normally stick to paint for refreshing a room but wanted the look of tall wainscoting as part of an update for a 1970's bathroom. Honestly, the negative reviews on here were a bit scary but after reading the details on the positive ones, I decided to tackle it.
First of all, you need to use wallpaper primer on your wall. It states this flat out on the instructions. This is not a peel and stick wall paper. It has a ton of paste on it and, without wallpaper primer, the wet paste will just soak into drywall or matte paint and the entire mess will just fall off. That is not the fault of the paper.
I applied a generous layer of Zinsser Shieldz primer (make sure you get the one for porous surfaces) and let it dry. Following what other reviewers said, I cut the paper to size and trimmed out all the wall plates, etc before soaking it.
The instructions say to soak the paper for 30 seconds and allow it to sit for 5 before unfolding. I found that at the 5 minute mark the paper was way too fragile, stuck to itself and tore while unfolding. I ended up folding precut pieces accordion style, soaking for about 15 seconds, making sure that...

Andrew PellAndrew Pell: SO, yes, it looks pretty good in the end. Especially considering what you pay for it. Lots of people have said the seems will disappear when it is painted, so I guess we will find out later. However, here are some tips for if you want to buy this stuff and install it yourself.

1. Read the directions thoroughly before starting, front to back (well there is only a front, and no back)
2. Don't follow the directions, throw them out.
3. Yes, trim your nails and wash your hands, might not hurt to get a haircut, or pull it back, wouldn't want a hair touching this stuff or it will destroy the paper. Probably a good idea to dress in either bubble wrap or a hazmat suit if you have one handy.
4. measure twice and cut once, a little longer than you need, then throw that piece out because it ripped, then measure a second piece once and then repeat the process.
5. Make sure you wet this stuff down to activate the adhesive, wait for the water to penetrate 5 minutes for proper stick
6. Whatever you do, DO NOT get this stuff wet.
7. Before lifting it to put in place on your surface, add a wet single-ply tissue as a supportive backer so the paper doesn't tear.
8. Gently...
