開封後は「え？こんなペラくて大丈夫？」とも思いましたが、セッティング後に乗ってみると若干の伸縮性のおかげで、とても安定したホールド感が実現します。耐荷重約180kgは本当ですね。

またサラサラとした薄手の素材はとても通気性が良く、乗りながら少し揺らすだけで涼やかな風が全身に当たります。縫い付けてある携帯時にバッグとなるポーチも始めは邪魔かと思いましたが、ここにスマホやタブレットなどを入れることもできて助かってます。

まだ野外への持ち出しはありませんが、いずれ木立の間にぶらさげて涼みたい一品ですね。

KIKE: La hamaca tiene muy buen material y es fácil de desplegar y guardar, lo único punto negativo es que no vienen las correas para fijar en ambos extremos. Mido 1,90 y entro bien, apto para los altos.

Rob: Packs down into a small bag, easy to stow. Karabiners included for ease of hanging.

I found this very comfortable in use, would far rather this than camp bed or roll mat.

JustSaying: Really good. Consider this though: If you get a double nest there is more material that you can wrap yourself with. If you are trying to travel lighter, this one is better. Remember if you are going to camp or backpack and you intend to sleep in a hammock, you need what's call a bottom quilt under your hammock. A sleeping bag will just compress and your butt will freeze at night, even in summer. the quilt is outside of your hammock so it maintains loft and warmth. Do some research, figure out your proper hang height and distance, use a ridgeline, sleep at an angle, put a small pillow under your knee on your outstretched leg and or bend the other leg and you will sleep like a king. I once slept in an Eno double nest for two years straight and I miss it. Hammock camping is the BEST, and I highly recommend it for grown ups who hate sleeping on the rocky ground. Your entire outlook on the outdoors will change once you try hammock camping. Go for it!

Saint04Saint04: Overall I'm pretty happy with the hammock in general. I sent the one I purchased through Amazon back and purchased another from a local retailer.

I actually had the DoubleNest and decided to give the single a try. I ended up purchasing three singles and keeping one double. I had owned four doubles originally considering they seemed to be much more popular. Being 5'9" it turns out the single is the most comfortable due to the additional fabric of the DoubleNest hanging over my head along the edges, etc when trying to sleep (creates much larger side walls resulting in blocked airflow (I live in Florida)) and it being more challenging to find a comfy spot due to not being fully aware at night of my positioning in the hammock (being too far left or right, then you have to work your way across the fabric opposed to the single).

Check out my attached photos. I ran into this on two hammocks so far (both SingleNest). There is a spot were there is some fabric missing vertically. You likely won't notice at first glance, but if you hold the hammock up against a backlight it's pretty obvious. I was reading some reviews of the DoubleNest tearing on people with their first use and...

bigreeves1188: Backpacking is my primary use for this hammock, so with that in mind ill say this is great. I am a side sleeper as stated, so with an inflatable pillow and the correct adjustments set on my slap straps I'm in for a beautiful night of rest. I primarily use this for a 3 season hammock( fall spring and summer), and have had no problems keeping warm enough. For thoose colder nights I use a wool blanket and a space blanket and I am fine. Things to keep in mind when purchasing a hammock: ease of setup(+1 for eno) , comfort(+1), and accessories either attached or seperate. The only thing I would change about my eno is that I would like to have an integral bug net( meaning one that zips along the mating line of bugnet and hammock). This is Def a great hammock for lounging in as it is 5 ft wide. So all in all for weight and comfort I give this hammock 4 stars( only because I had to buy a seperate bug net and straps)

Sickpup94: I bought this on Amazon after trying one out on a recent river rafting trip. This is definitely the way to sleep when camping!

The material is strong parachute nylon and very comfortable. It cradles me perfectly and I am 6 feet tall and 240lbs.

I just used it on a camping trip this weekend and I was having to tell others to go get their own! There was always someone in it, enjoying the comfort.

I bought the PRO Slap Straps. Amazon doesn't tell you the difference between the regular straps & Pro straps, so I had to go to the REI web site to read about the difference.

The Pro is 24" longer than the regular straps. Its better for fitting around big trees. The Pro worked well for me, with no issues. They barely take up any room when stored. The hammock itself folds extremely small into an attached pack. It also takes up hardly any room and is very light weight.

I also saw other campers at other campsites using truck bed tie down straps with the ratchet to hang their hammocks from trees. It appeared to work, but I would guess that they cost as much or more than the pro straps.

I would highly recommend.
