CatsMom: Friend of mine has a couple of doctors in her family and they swear by this. One shot every morning will keep you pretty healthy overall. I definitely feel a difference when I stop taking it. Make sure it is pure mangosteen juice. There are a lot of products out there that are less than 100% mangosteen. I prefer to use organic for everything, if possible.
