jc: The product looks well-made and will hopefully stand up to the test of time. I have used others that looked similar but faded and dried out in time. So i won't know how well this holds up for a year or two. The mobile firepit it covers is outside on an uncovered deck all year and exposed to the sun and all of the elements, So time is the best test for how well it holds up and for how long.

Douglas Y.: I’ve had problems with non-breathable covers resulting in more rust due to condensation. This cover protected my propane fire pit for 4 years without that problem due to it’s breathable properties. Just be aware that this breathable fabric is sensitive to sun rot and on my south facing deck it began to fall apart after exactly 4 years. I’m ok with that lifespan given the longer life it’s giving my fire pit, so I’m ordering another. If you’re looking for something “lifetime” there might be better options but likely at higher cost.

G&S: Too early to tell if it is durable but it is much better quality than the cover that came with my fire pit. Fit perfectly based on dimensions provided. Has weathered a few heavy downpours with heavy wind and help strong and water tight.
