Passen33: Was not on the soft baked side more chewy. I stuck in my air fryer on bake for a few minutes.

Livi: I liked the flavor and cheapness so much that I told my dad like a bizarre advertisement and now he wants to buy it, too. It's so versatile and can be rehydrated using any sauce or water. I love it.

Sandra: I just opened this jar of dried garlic, popped one in my mouth and my goodness it is exactly like fresh garlic. Even though this is a LOT of garlic, and it doubles in quantity when rehydrated, I just ordered another jar and will repackage it in a mylar bag with an oxygen absorber for longer storage. I cook with garlic a lot but I don't get to the grocer but about twice a month so it is wonderful to know I can have fresh tasting garlic any time I need it.

Brnayni: I have had no problem using this product. I don’t know what the negatives are talking about. I hydrate some by soaking a half cup of dry in a bowl with covered water. When all the water is soaked up and the garlic is soft and plump then it is done. I strain them then squeeze all the water out on a paper towel, put them in a freezer bag roll them up and close very tightly. These I use for cooking. If making soup or gravy then I just toss them in dry out of the bottle. This is a no brainer.
When I want garlic I want it right there. No waiting or cleaning. Good for me.
