Lisa Ann: My older, indoor cats developed diarrhea after a stressful move to a new home. I have used a veterinary probiotic in the past without much success, so I decided to search Amazon and found DrFormulas Nexabiotic for cats. The multiple strains and high CFU counts, being made in America and the reasonable price influenced my purchased. It states that the powder is tasteless, so I mixed it into a Friskies Little Soup (a favorite treat) and it was consumed after a few sniffs and funny looks from the pickiest kitty. The other 2 ate without hesitation. Now we wait to see if/how soon it helps reduce the diarrhea and help return normal stools.

Min: This is easy to feed, it's flavourless so my cat eats it with her food with no issues. Decided to try this because she typically poops between 48-72hr intervals which the vet says is a bit long. After taking this, her intervals have gotten shorter, and her appetite has also become better somehow. I've only started to feed her this once a day on alternate days and have seen such results. Will continue to use it!

Marie Cruz: I like how this is cheaper than Fortiflora and apparently has more strains of good bacteria than Fortiflora! It is easy to administer where I can simply take apart the capsule! I was worried because my picky cat was hesitant to eat his food but he eventually did! I mix it with his kibble rather than wet food because he oddly was suspicious when it was mixed in his wet food but he was fine when it was mixed in his kibble… so take note if you have a picky cat! He only had it once so im not sure if it is quite effective. His diarrhea has naturally subsided but I plan to have this for emergencies!

Tiff: My oldest cat has an extremely sensitive tummy and I got these to aid her digestion. After scrolling through TikTok, I found that a lot of cat moms use these for their cats as well and constantly rave about saccharomyces boulardii being great to include in their diet. I’ll continue getting this product as I can see it’s helping whenever I’m scooping the litter box. I only wish these came in bigger bottles! Great quality product and very easy to open the capsules to mix into their food.

Dr. Holly Hartman: At first I was using the brand being sold by my vet for my kitty, who is a 'surrogate child'. But according to online science research, the Saccharomyces bacterium is possibly the best for felines. Even tho' the name 'DrFormulas Nexabiotic' sounded cutesie and off-putting, I gave their product a try ... and my kitty practically dove into the powder headfirst! She loves it more than anything. And then her litter box became noticeably firmer. The only downside is that toward the bottom of the bottle, those gelcaps did not want to release their contents. After I wrestled with a few of them, finally resorting to scissors, putting them under a desk lamp for an hour seemed to un-stick them. I've now initiated a subscription to this product.
