S. Hock: Pretty standard cut off wheels. Last like all wheels do. Come in very handy at times. I always have some on hand. Just used on today matter of fact.

Eric Holland: These work well for my purposes, which it mostly slotting stripped things to put screwdrivers in them or cutting plumbing nuts off. These are the thicker ones of this type. Both thicknesses are prone to self destructing when any side load is applied so be sure to protect your eyes.

James R:
I used this to cut glass tile which was already on the wall. In terms of cutting into the glass, no problem - pretty much cuts glass like butter. The only thing I would caution is that the glass did tend to crack around the cut, and I'm not sure if this is because the disc was getting hot and cracking it, or if it's just the nature of the glass. Perhaps a lower RPM (I ran it at about 15K) or lubrication would help.
Cracking aside, main issue I had was that the disc is slightly under 1" across, which means that the radius is less than 1/2". Couple that with the fact that you cannot necessarily get the disc perpendicular to the work piece because of the thickness of the body of the Dremel, this can leave you making awkward somewhat-diagonal cuts, no more than about 3/8" deep. In other words, cleanly getting all the way through a tile already on the wall is almost impossible.
Of course, this was a problem with my particular application. If you were cutting a rod, or the edge of a non-affixed tile, I would guess it would work great. And, even the issues that I had partially were due to the design of the Dremel, not the disc (though a larger diameter...
