Dream On Me 3" Pocket Coil Play Yard Mattress: Comfort and Support for Your Little One

PrimeShopperIN: This seems to be well made, with absolutely zero smell (but we left it sitting to off gas for a few days anyway). It is firm but seemed like the grandbaby settled in just fine on it. It fit perfectly in both the Graco Travel Dome DLX and the Graco Take Anywhere, and the mattress pad and sheets (both purchased separately) fit snug and laid flat with no bunching up. Very pleased with it.

CBCB: We will be doing quite a bit of traveling, and my now 1 year old did not like his previous sleeping condition of just the mat that came in the play yard. The mat kept folding up and, even with the use of a quilted play yard sheet, the folded up mat was lumpy and uncomfortable. This mattress fits great in the play yard (no gaps to be concerned about), and I ordered the suggested ely’s & co. waterproof sheet set mentioned in another review. The sheet I tried fits perfectly. I believe this will be a game changer in hotels in getting my little one to sleep. Thankful I found this mattress and these sheets! :)

A: Like most of the comments say, it’s as thin as a 3” mattress. Waterproof covering is thick so it may make it feel like sleeping on plastic even with the bedding. It does the job and we used it temporarily.

Zach: I am very happy that it fits in the play pen perfectly and is a firm mattress, My complaints would be that the description is deceiving witch makes it over priced for it not being what it claims as it’s actually 3 inches not 5 inches very disappointing

jjpugalug: We bought this mattress to go in a pack and play for our youngest to sleep in in our room after he outgrew the bassinet when he was 3 months old. We tried having him sleep on the thin mattress of the pack and play alone but it was too hard and he would wake up as soon as you set him down in it. This mattress fits our pack and play perfectly and is firm like a sleep surface should be for an infant. Our baby sleeps very well on it and I’m glad we found this product. I was originally planning to purchase the hiccapop trifold foam mattress so it would be more portable for traveling, but it was out of stock when I went to order it and I ordered this instead. I think this mattress is definitely safer as it seems to be firmer that the hiccapop would have been. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this if you’re in the market for a pack and play mattress.

April R: It fits perfectly in our Graco Pack ‘n Play which provides extra support for our little one during naps and will help us when we transition the little one into a crib. Very light and is easy to wipe clean.

Mokzilla: I bought this for my son's portable crib when we had company (other baby) coming over. It served wonderfully as a "mini" mattress and now my son uses it to sleep on. It fits perfectly in a Graco Pack and Play but is a little bit small for the Ingenuity playpen. In the Ingenuity crib, there is about a 3 inch gap on the side if you push the mattress to one side. Like other reviewers, this can be stuffed with towels, blankets, etc. if you are concerned about a little one getting stuck. Honestly, your baby would have to be very tiny to get stuck in that space. The outside of the mattress is plastic so prepare for some crinkly noises if you are just using a sheet alone. I didn't like the idea of the crinkly so I used a mattress pad and then a sheet and it hasn't been an issue. Loved it so much, we bought one for my mothers house for my nephew who is coming in from the States. Overall a good purchase and worth the extra money to get a comfier mattress for the baby.

Clay in STL: I'm not sure it's possible to give this mattress enough stars. Our 13-month old is finally on a regular schedule, but just could not get cozy to sleep in the pack and play on trips. This would mess up the schedule any weekend we traveled. It did not require completely re-learning the schedule, but would make Mondays and Tuesdays difficult. At the end of our rope, we ordered this for a trip this weekend and had it delivered directly to the place we were going to be staying. The mattress fit perfectly in the Pack n Play (Graco) that our hosts already had. We put the "hard shell" mattress in the bottom, then put this on top, plus a fitted sheet on it. The fit is snug. Obviously, with the cloth sides of the Pack n Play, there is some give on the sides and I would be very hesitant to use the mattress for any child that is very mobile. So, babies under one year are probably out of luck.

As far as sleep, our son took his afternoon nap on it, then slept overnight on it, then took his morning nap on it, before we left town. Both naps and his overnight sleep went perfectly! This is HUGE. He would never have slept on a Pack n Play before. Then, the true test, was getting back to town....

BauerBauer: Purchased this for my baby who is still currently sleeping in our room before we transition to a crib. After a recent pediatric visit, the doctor said the rock n play our baby was sleeping in was causing a flat spot on his head and we needed to get him out of there asap. My baby refused to sleep on the flat mattress that came with the pack n play so I purchased this. I have the napper changer model and this fits pretty good in it. There is a tiny gap which I plan to fill once he starts rolling. Also since this matress is pretty thick once the baby starts rolling it will need to be lowered to the lowest setting since it sits pretty high to the top. You will also need to purchase a special sheet because the ones that fit the mattress that came with it will not fit the thickness of this one. The only complaint is my baby is about 14 pds and you can see an ident in the matress when I pick him up so I keep laying him different ways in it. Thankfully the mattress can be used on both sides so I can flip it if it becomes a big problem,there aren't many matresses to choose from that fit the pack n plays and I feel that this is the best one of the available options.
