JudiM: After running a back-to- back half and full marathon my toe nails and nail beds were badly bruised and very painful. Slipped these gel caps on and was able to get staught back to distance running the next day. So comfortable. I will never run without them again

Sondra Vooge: We thought the medium would fit the toe next to the big toe - for a women's foot size 9.5. The product was much too big. Will reorder a small size. Also a note of caution- the product is non-returnable.

T. Flowers: Unless I missed it, there seem to be no measurements of the various sizes of this product. So I'll put my best foot forward and describe my experience.
I purchased size M (medium) as I normally buy gloves size M and wear size !0D shoes. Measurements of this product: ~1.5" L x ~3" girth (circumference) and my big toe: 2" L (from the tip of the nail to the base of the toe) and 4" girth.
This medium size, then, was about .5" short for my big toe but this made no difference in its overall fit and snug fit--it stayed on through a 5-mile run.
Since this is silicone it does flex and can accommodate various circumferences, but at 4" it was nice and snug.
I'd guess the other sizes vary in length.? Note, please, that on the rear of the packaging these dimensions are given: 1.4" x 1.0" x 0.8 " Perhaps the vendor could include this information in the future.
