Dr. Brown's Natural Baby Vitamin-Enriched Cream

Ms Tony T: This stuff has been absolutely phenomenal. One the smell of it so so nice. When my granddaughter had what they think may be an allergic reaction to either diapers or training pants or something. She had seen a couple of doctors and after all the In-N-Out everything else they gave her allergy meds and a prescription lotion like to put on her behind. Almost like a gel like or a petroleum jelly type thing. And it was working very slowly.
When she spent a weekend here I gave this a try on it. Overnight it faded to about half the color. I did put the prescription stuff on with it. By itself though the prescription stuff had been working very very slowly. With this put on first there was a very very visible difference by the morning. And according to her it didn't sting it didn't hurt. so that makes it pretty much all pluses in my book. can't say for certain if it has a healing effect or if it just helped to double the barrier over it that actually made her start to heal up so quickly with it. But either way the final result is the same.
Also helps that the next morning my fingers felt super very soft from having it on my hands to put it on. It mad a great difference for just...

This review is for Dr. Brown's Natural Baby Vitamin Cream. I’ve tried many lotions, creams, gels, and ointments from various brands and I can say that this cream doesn’t disappoint! Dr. Brown’s brand is tried, tested and a good quality product.

The cream works as described and it comes in an easy to open tub that makes it convenient when you need it. The cream is slightly thicker than a lotion however is very light and you only need a tiny amount as it thins out when applied. As stated, the lotion is made up of rich cocoa butter and gentle coconut oil that works with other natural ingredients to help treat or prevent dry, sensitive skin. When you apply the cream, it takes a while to absorb, but distributes evenly and hydrates, moisturizes and nourishes as it leaves a healthy shine! it’s not sticky or tacky and doesn’t leave any greasy residue. There’s no fragrance to smell and it’s really gentle on the skin, however I think I’ll have to try this over time to see if it works completely.

Overall, this is a good type of cream from a well-known brand that helps combat dry skin by hydrating, moisturizing and protecting while making it easy...

B. Ferris: This is a thick cream that absorbs quickly and leaves a slight greasy feel. There is no scent. The little plastic jar is nice but a tube would be more convenient and safer to carry in a purse or bag. I’ve used this on my dry hands and it leaves them soft. The cream is thick and a little goes a long way. I think the price for 2 oz is pretty good. I would feel comfortable using this on a baby.

LisaLisa: Comes in a nice plastic jar, very well sealed. This is completely unscented! Goes on smooth, absorbs fairly quick, but does take a couple minutes, so if applying to baby's bottom do that first then the rest of the body and by then you can put the diaper on (skin should be dry before diapering so the cream doesn't rub off on to the diaper). This is non-greasy, so doesn't create a slippery baby, or you, nor does it give skin that oily sheen, just smooth hydrated looking skin. My hands don't get slipper when wet after applying this, so no need for me to rinse this off, (I do with most other creams and lotions).

I like to use this cream around the diaper area and on any skin that seems overly dry or ruff, and on myself. I also use Dr. Brown lightweight baby lotion, which is scented (like baby powder) and I enjoy the scent very much. The lotion is excellent for everyday all over use, whereas I like this cream for targeted use, and on winter skin. Price point is excellent for the quality and volume.
