CS: I only use one scoop per 8 ounce. I have not noticed any sort of ketosis happening more so than before. Or at all. It is very sweet, so I only use the one scoop. But, it does raise my blood sugar about 20 points after drinking. So I probably won’t be buying this again. Which is too bad because I really like Dr. Boz!

Patty ApostolidesPatty Apostolides: I have bought several of these BHB products and the raspberry lemonade is my favorite. I even told family about it and now they are buying it. However, I was disappointed with this last batch because I found a black object in it. I do not know what it is. It sort of looks like part of a pumpkin seed but has the shape of a large insect, and is hard. I have included photos of it. I put it on top of the container. The object measures around 5/8 inches or so. Unfortunately, Amazon won't allow me to return or replace this item. I will resort to the cucumber lemon packets that I still have from before.
Update: I didn't think I'll be buying this again but I have received a refund for it. I also have noticed the difference when not using it. Meanwhile, I have tried another brand, but this has been the best, so far. So I will call it a fluke (it happens to the best of us!) and resume buying it.

Paul: Recommended by health coach to use when in situations when I am not in position to follow 'guidelines' with keto based food etc - certainly helped my recovery and general feeling post having intake that was not I would usually follow. Taste is OK and tolerable, but I didn't purchase to be sweet flavour, I purchased as part of my keto 'plans' Value for money rating is based on fact that NZD vs USD is not favourable
