Sheila: The bluetooth doesn't always work but neither does Toyota's in my newer car. Easy install. I did purchase of wire kit. Radio sounds good. Car play works well.

Amazon Customer: The radio works well during my testing (not installed on car). After installing on car, the radio initially work normally for a few minutes. Then after I test drive my car, problems start to appear: (1) USB port 1 stops working, (2) later on, the screen stops displaying anything (the backlight still works, just nothing is displayed). I tried to reset the radio, which doesn't work. I'm not sure what happened, maybe there is a difference between the testing and car circuit. During the testing, the power voltage is very stable, in which the radio works perfectly. But in the car, the voltage may fluctuate due to starting the engine, etc. I suspect that the quality of this radio is not good/solid enough to protect itself from the car's fluctuating voltage.

AtseicahAtseicah: To start off, I'm baffled by the amount of negative reviews for this radio. It's incredibly affordable and provides an impressive amount of functionality. I've been using mine for a few months now, and it has been performing exceptionally well.

I've installed this radio into my 2003 Toyota Matrix, and I have to say that I'm impressed with the pre-loaded Toyota splash screen. The LED's can be adjusted to match the factory gauge colors, so when I turn on the radio, it looks like it came straight from the factory.

One of the best features of this radio is the Android Auto compatibility, which works flawlessly with my Samsung S22. I haven't experienced any issues with the touchscreen, and everything works seamlessly, including navigation, podcasts, Spotify, and more. The response time is lightning-fast, which is something I appreciate.

While the audio quality isn't on par with high-end brands like Alpine or Nakamichi, it is still decent and comparable to entry-level models from Pioneer, Sony, or JVC. In my opinion, the sound quality is more than acceptable, especially considering the affordable price point.
