The radio reception was spotty. No reception problem with all other radios in my 2006 Toyota Sienna.
The touch screen kept cancelling settings.
After the 30 days that I could return the unit, the CD loader froze up and would not accept CD's.
There is no warranty unless you are a retailer:
Products purchased from an online retailer have a 90-day warranty. If your return was purchased before 90 days, you would need to furnish a receipt showing that the unit was professionally installed.
Warranty returns are only accepted from purchases made directly from authorized online retailers. We do not accept returns from 3rd party marketplace resellers.

La pantalla es touch su tiempo de respuesta es bastante bueno y tiene lo básico en sus funciones es compatible con mp3 y. wav se puede conectar a Bluetooth USB auxiliar. La calidad de sonido es acorde al precio pero todo el tiempo tiene errores hay momentos en los que solo se escucha ruido en la usb. O no reconoce las memorias. Se queda Pasmado con la pantalla en blanco o se apaga y no enciende. He tenido que desconectar la batería varias veces para que vuelva a funcionar. Y esto es muy molesto. No lo recomiendo.
