KC: This is very thin paper, double sided. If better paper and single sided this could be a great book. Poor quality paper for coloring. Would make a great educational tool.

Diana: This isn't really a coloring book, it's more for advanced kids as it uses shading rather than coloring in:' like a kids coloring book'. Excellent for kids to take their time learning shading, it's extremely well priced, my grandkids & their friends really enjoyed spending time shading these beautiful picture, Also, I bought tracing paper & they learned to draw these beautiful pictures by hand that truly helped them with their drawing skills! Arrived within 24 hrs! Thank You amazon! easily 5 out 5 stars! I've just ordered another one, as I'm now using these! Extremely Happy with "Dot Barlowe's Coloring Books" Great for concentration, the mind, the illustrations are truly amazing for kids and Adults! Even challenged kids at any age will truly Love These Fascinating Nature coloring books! Honestly these coloring books are beautifully illustrated! Amazing, and I definitely suggest getting the amazon coloring pencils! What A Great Amazing Gift These would make together!

Amber Faganello: Beautiful designs. We use these in the classroom as a filler activity for when we are working on "Trees and Forests" as part of the Alberta science curriculum. Students can work on a page when they are waiting for peers to finish work so we can all move on. I made it extra fun but requiring that they learn how to use tracing paper (a good art skill) so that we can save paper, and then colour using water colour pencil crayons in a layering technique!
