matt h.: It is a good coffee maker once I finally figured out how to use it and when it finally starts being. It takes about 10 minutes to brew one cup. However, it does the most important task and makes a hot cup of coffee and that’sa huge deal in my book.

Glynis B: Initially, I was skeptical in buying this unit after some of the negative reviews; however, after receiving it and using it, it is remarkably easy to use and makes quality coffee. I have used the coffee pod feature and used both ground coffee and loose leaf tea in the basket feature. All were very good. In the past, I have purchased several other more expensive single serve coffee makers that did not last very long. I am happy with my purchase so far.
