DianaDiana: I just had some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a couple of sets and unfortunately there were some dishes that were damaged. I let the DiVitis company know and within 24 hours, I got a response from a lovely woman named Mary following that I received my replacements within a week! I cannot recommend this company enough. Truly truly outstanding, not to mention the dish-ware is stunning!

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: We just love our new Divitis Bone China set! We originally received a white porcelain set by Mikasa as a gift from a friend...purchased at Costco. It felt and looked nice, but within 21/2 months the finish started to go and spots appeared. So we returned it. I then read about porcelain vs bone china and that bone china is actually the strongest material. I spent hours looking at different sets on line...and then I saw this one by Divitis. I first ordered just one set to be sure we loved it...and quickly bought the second set to have a service for 8. It has just the look we were hoping for. The finish is beautiful, the weight is just right for our every day use, the mugs are a generous size and feel good in your hand, and the bowl size is perfect for cereal or soups! The set was very well packaged and would make a nice gift also. It arrived in a larger outer box, and then another regular cardboard box around the Divitis full color packing box. Inside the dishes were well packed in individual white cardboard boxes making it a nice presentation if receiving as a gift. All items were in perfect condition. A great purchase we will have for years to come!
