Sophia: This was a game changer for my 2 year old who started having wee accidents after a long time of doing good potty. He was obsessed with dinos at the time and was very motivated by the book. Found the story appropriate and encouraging for my little one. I would add examples during the story to relate to what my toddler would be doing in the day (i.e Dino might be playing toys, or at papa and nans, at the park, ect)

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: I’m super frustrated the cover arrived damaged. You can see a bunch of scratches on the word Potty, toilet seat cover, dino tail, and right edges of the book. Thankfully the inside is fine. But for the price I’m annoyed the cover was messed up. I must have gotten someone else’s return. I would have returned but I needed to start reading the book to my son asap since we were going to start potty training soon. So now I’m just stuck with a damaged copy. Id love if I could get a refund still? Or at least some partial credit. Or get sent a proper new copy.
As far as the book itself goes, I absolutely love it. Super easy for toddlers to understand. Walks you through potty training in a cute rhyming way.

lillylilly: My son loves it, he insists I read it to him at bedtime and it actually really helped with our potty training journey he is a lot more willing now that a t Rex book showed him it's cool.
I put 4 stars because my son is hfa and very obsessed with things being perfect and in order: The one page that's assuring the children when they have a hard time (which is important) is the one page that doesn't flow at all with the poem- like rhythm of the rest of the book. So it's disappointing when I have to keep changing the words to try and stay with that syllable/rhyme pattern. But it's ok, hopefully by the time he realizes it he will be fine with it and not yell at me to read it properly *sigh

Justin: My little one loves dinosaurs so I was hoping this would make it easier to entice them to get used to using the toilet. And so far it’s worked. They’ll even flip through it on their own and act out flushing and washing their hands. It’s a simple story and I wouldn’t say it’s exactly “step-by-step” but it provides a framework for conversation and talking about what the T-Rex is doing.
