Edward Brydalski: This is not a heavy duty bakelite type American made device.....Don't treat it like one!! Carefully tighten the bulb and extender with a touch of feeling the torque and what is enough to make a good electrical connection. Don't use in a situation where vibration is present. It certainly doesn't look like it is for outdoor use. Not UL listed !! That speaks loads.

Sam: Bought these for a grow-light setup. I have a 3 light standing lamp I wanted to use on a Meyer Lemon I brought inside. But the grow bulbs were too big in circumference. I got these bulb extenders and they work fine. Did the job

Tessa: I have “boob light” fixtures in my upstairs hallway and no central A/C for the first time in over 20 years. There was a heatwave the week I moved in and there was 0 breeze from outside & no air movement in the hallway, making it extremely uncomfortable to walk through. I bought a socket screw in fan but with the fixture like it is, I needed this extension piece to be able to attach the fan at all. It was EXACTLY what I needed and got the fan working safely. Good quality, feels very well made.

Joel and Paula B.Joel and Paula B.: I ordered a six pack of these E26 extensions. I want to put different type of lighting inside our recessed lighting, these are perfect for what we needed. To increase the lighting I added these to some much brighter LED lights and screwed them into our recessed lighting. They worked perfectly. One Note: These are not all the same. Some are only good to 60w where these are rated much higher for the lights I used, so make sure you look at the specs when buying.
