Enjoy a luxurious writing experience that won't break the bank.Tiffany LeeTiffany Lee: Bought this for a horror ttrpg/art project. Haven't owned a red ink before, but was super impressed with the color. It's a deep and dark red/oxblood that reminds me a lot of dried/fresh blood. I use it regularly with a Pilot Metropolitan fountain pen, refilling it into a used ink cartridge. Writes extremely smoothly and never skips, fades, or feathers. It is not water resistant/water proof. As someone with sweaty hands, I have to take extra care to let it dry, then lay paper on top, otherwise my hands can cause tiny streaks. But it's totally worth it for the color. I've even used it on a variety of different papers, and it does pretty well on most (even regular lined school paper). Will bleed through lower quality paper. But I think that's normal for inks in general. Will definitely be buying more when my bottle runs out!

B. Herzog: This ink is beautiful, and a bargain. It writes smoothly, flows well and produces uniform results. I love the colour. I only wish they had named it something else. Oxblood isn't terribly palatable. I would have called it "burgundy", or "red wine". But the ink? Beautiful. A deep, dark, brownish red. Nothing at all to complain about. I would buy it again in a heartbeat, but they provide so much that it will be some time before I need to.

L. K. ♡: It's a nice ink, but if you're in Canada, I'd recommend looking at wonderpens and their selection before committing to this one.

Jack: I've been using this ink for a few weeks now in a few different pens and have decided it's finally time to write up a review. To preface, I have inked up two Pilot Metropolitans, a Lamy 2000, and a Sheaffer Targa with this ink. What do I think about it? It's absolutely amazing and its a great value for the price. Being a student, I was hesitant to use a red ink as red is the stereotypical grading color. This led to me to reach out to the outer edges of what I considered red so that it could still be acceptable. I now have this inked full time in a Lamy 2000 and have written multiple papers and done countless assignments with not a single complaint from any of my teachers unless I'm specifically asked to only use a certain color ink and don't just because I love how this ink looks and writes so much. The ink flows well, but with that comes the slight problem that in a larger nib it might write very wet. I don't like a wet writing nib, so I just put it in a pen with a fine nib, but it's worth noting for others. On regular notebook paper there is little to no bleed through and very minor feathering given you're using a fine/extra-fine nib. I don't often use high quality paper so I...

Luke G: I received Diamine Oxblood a good month ago, and determined that it would be best if I were to run this ink through a few of my pens as a quality assurance. Sure enough, the ink is exceptional. To begin, the ink arrived a day early which was a pleasant surprise; I was impressed, well done Marketfair Stationery. Now, onto the actual product... The ink is exceptionally unique. I wasn't looking for the common red, or deep burgundy, but instead a brow-red that would satisfy just about any scenario from taking notes to writing letters home (I am a college student at UC Berkeley, and I adore writing letters). This ink does run slightly more wet than the common Noodler's, so I would reccomend a finer nib when writing with this ink. After putting this through a series of four pens (Nemosine, Lami, Noodler's and a Glass Pen [brand unknown]) I found that the Lami Whisper EF and my Nemosine F nibs worked best with this ink. I will note that my handwriting does run on the smaller (microscopic) size.
Most of you by now are just curious as to what color this is exactly; so here's it plain and simple. Dried blood. With a sample of ink in front of my I can tell you that it has primary tones of...
