Momlife: I bought this for my daughter because I noticed that during the summer with the loss of routine she was more irritable, and just getting nasty.
It helped create a routine for her at night where she focuses on what and who she is grateful for and she loves to draw a picture in the bottom box of her favorite activity that day. She definitely calmed down a little with this addition this summer and I'm super grateful!

janegt: My 8 year old grandson really likes it but wishes there were more questions per page hence the 4 stars. He is a reluctant writer but is eager to do the daily page. All the pages are the same so he chooses a family member to fill out the opposing page. This has led to some interesting chats. His parents ordered one for his older brother and I bought 2 more for my granddaughters.
