KPoodle: I bought these colouring books for my daughter's and their friends so that they could colour along with each other over video calls and they have been great. Asking each other questions like "what are my best qualities?" and other really positive things. These are brilliant for birthday gifts for school friends. Such an uplifting and positive colouring book.

Mary Fletcher Jones: Although this book is designed for tweens, I'm a young 55 and I loved it. This is the first interactive, diary-style coloring book I've ever seen. Going through the typical, middle aged identity crisis, it was great to focus on my personal preferences, achievements, family history and dreams. I loved the sections where you could add photos. I also found the palettes useful. She also included examples of her own answers, which of course, were adult ones. When I finished the book, I felt really good about myself. Not bad for $8 worth of therapy! Highly recommend. If Ms. Volinski creates a similar interactive coloring book for women, I will be the first to buy it.
