Lora: I bought the black tutu for my 13 yr old niece for part of her halloween costume (the Purge) it fit her size 1 frame perfect, length was good, elastic waist band great, it's a little see through but that's what a little pair of shorts is for...oh and her fishnet stockings which I also bought on Amazon.

Haiden PetersHaiden Peters: Great buy for $5. It's not as full as the picture shows, and you absolutely need to wear something under it because it's sheer lol, but it fit comfortably and was way easier and cheaper than making one on my own.

Helen: Worth the price paid. Not as fluffy as pictured, and a tad uncomfortable. I pulled the tag and wearing it inside out, feels better. Works good under skirts, and add more poof that it would seem. Material is good quality. Sewn well. I'm 5'3" and the skirt reaches mid thigh when wearing at the hip. Says one size fits most, I would say it would fit ladies 4- 10 in US sizes.
