Customers appreciate the build quality, customer support, design, and overall satisfaction.Harvaritz: Faucets were dripping, the new rubber seats, included in the kit solved the issue. Another thing I'd like to add, my faucet was a Jacuzzi brand. The Jacuzzi brand repair kit was about three times the cost of this one for the exact same parts.

Sol W GarciaSol W Garcia: The combination set has a Delta label on a sealed bag only. They don’t come in a package like I saw at the retail store, but the price is very reasonable for a set. One of the 20-yr-old cartridges finally deteriorated and this set fix it. Good to have a pair, so I can replace the other side when it breaks in anytime. Will update for its true durability if there is anything wrong with it. If it is a true Delta part, it should last another 20 years or so.

C: I have a twenty-four year old house with an original Delta two-handle kitchen faucet that started to drip. I probably could have just replaced gaskets, but this kit had everything, just in case. And apparently I could have purchased the set with brass stems instead of plastic since I have side set screws, but this was an exact replacement. Well, except that the old stems had small screws in the top that are for different handles, and aren't necessary in my case, but I transferred them to the new stems anyway.
Turn off the water below the sink. My set screws are 3/32" hex. I removed the spring and gasket from the bottom of the cavity with needle-nose pliers and noted the orientation. Then I put a little silicone grease on the rubber gaskets and installed the new parts. The bigger gaskets replaced those on the center spout. The larger thin one went around the base below the threads, and the smaller thick one fit all the way inside the bonnet nut, after a little coercion. Again, silicone grease helps. Not sure why there were spares of...

Valuegal: I tried to save money by buying a off brand set. What a nightmare. They were stiff and quickly required way to much force to operate. The are great. Use some silicone lube and you will be happy.
