Rockridgekate: I rescue Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. They shed a lot! The latest addition to our family doesn't like to sit on my lap and only tolerates being brushed. When I received these gloves, I held her on my lap, put on the gloves and started petting her. After the first pass from head to tail, she laid down on my lap totally relaxed and fell asleep. I got tired of petting her long before she was ready...But being totally relaxed, she stayed on my lap without jumping down immediately.
I love the ability to bond with her that these gloves achieved.
The amount of hair removed is incredible.
It's a little bit of a challenge to remove the hair from the glove...But well worth it!

Terry G.: I have a sweet Maine Coon that sometimes requires a trip to the vet to be professionally groomed and have clumps removed. The cat does not like slicker brushes or combs AT ALL!
I thought I'd give the gloves a try and while not perfect, they are a big improvement over a brush. With a glove on each hand, I can cuddle the cat and work the gloves gently through her fur. It is not a perfect solution but it is the best solution I have found. Well worth the $15 price.

KellerNET: Muchos quitábamos los pelos de la ropa con sistemas con pegamento, rollos especializados o cinta de embalar, pues bien, yo siempre he usado unos guantes de goma rosas, los típicos para fregar, ya que con ellos quitas los pelos de la ropa y demás enseres como la cama o sofá, así que, ¿Qué puedes esperar de un guante con pincho y creado con una superficie gomosa?

Una maravilla, el animal lo agradece muchísimo ya que es como si lo masajeáramos y al mismo tiempo le estás retirando el pelo muerto, doble función, estimulas satisfactoriamente al animal, en mi caso un gato, por lo que esta estimulación le ayuda en la circulación de la sangre y por los cientos de terminaciones nerviosas que tienen por todo su cuerpo.

Si a nosotros nos gusta que nos laven la cabeza en la peluquería, ¿por qué no les va a gustar a ellos?

En definitiva, la construcción del guante es muy buena, en la palma, es de goma, el resto, es de tela elástica transpirable, por lo que se adapta a la mano, yo tengo una mano grande y me casa muy bien, "como un guante" :-)

KamKam: Let me start by saying that I purchased these gloves specifically for my eldest cat, who refuses to be brushed and would rather hack up hair balls. After 15 years of this, her issue with hairballs has become a major health concern and I decided it was time we tried a different brushing/grooming solution and I can tell you right now, I wish I had just went ahead and bought these gloves sooner.

It's not often I go out of my way to write a good and honest review, but I'm so content with my purchase I felt the need to share my experience. I don't know how well these gloves perform with dogs, so for those reading who don't own cats, you can move onto another review. But for those of you with brush-stubborn cats, these gloves are worth trying!

I have two cats, and after a few attempts at brushing casually, I've come to find they're still a bit weary of the gloves and both of my cats accept brushing from them in their own ways.

My eldest cat will come find me and meow in my face until I've gone through a check list of things I assume she's meowing about (food, water, clean litter, attention, etc...) and when all else fails, I bust out the gloves and pet her until she...
