Sarah: I have been using this product for years. It is spicy, yet creamy, but too overly creamy. Great on the side of meats like steak or chops, on sandwiches, and mixed into ketchup for the best cocktail sauce you could ever imagine!

AlwaysUseWisdom: It's STRONG in a good way! It only takes a small amount mixed in creamed whipped sauce(s) (i.e. it depends on how much your making, of course). This product goes far due to the INTENSITY of the horseradish. My hubby commented that this BRAND packs just the right kind of punch. YUM!!!

I've used brands that I had to DOUBLE...TRIPLE the amount to achieve the zetsy mouth-feel. that Horseradish is KNOWN for. With this brand, you will get that DEEP-ZESTY-HEATED-HORSEY experience right away! It's definitely an OLD SCHOOL horseradish sauce! :-D
Try mixing it with sour cream, a dash or two of Worcestershire sauce. Also, great when added to mayonnaise, Miracle Whip, or mustard. When added to ketchup, along with a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce it makes a very delicious COCKTAIL SAUCE for seafood. Your roast beef, pastrami, and prime rib sandwiches will love the WOEBERS HORSEY SAUCE experience! ;-D
