Brian Matise: I discovered this candy at an airport shop once, and just love it! Great ginger flavor, sweetened but just the right mixture of ginger flavor and sweetness. Soft texture that you can let dissolve in your mouth or chew if you prefer (I like it to slowly dissolve, as when you chew it can become stuck between teeth).
