Nidia Doherty: I took a chance on a new candy. I love ginger, and it helps with my nausea. I’m not a huge coconut fan, but I thought the combination of flavors was interesting. Very tasty! The coconut comes through stronger at first, but sweet, and then the slow heat of the ginger comes in and leaves a nice afterburn.
