Mel: After my infant developed an airborne dairy allergy, our family switched to this brand for cheese options. My toddler loves the "cheddar sauce" for Mac and cheese! It's a little salty for myself but it's really easy to adjust by thinning out with pureed veggies and doesn't take away the cheesy flavor.

Since it’s already melted, the texture is perfect and not awkward like when you try to melt your own dairy free cheese. My kids even like it on Mac n cheese, and that is saying a lot haha!
I add it to gluten free pasta, and like to dip tortilla chips in the spicy version. It’s great to have on hand for quick meals.
