When I first received these clipboards, they seemed a little flimsy and more flexible than any I've used before and my review reflected this. Boy was I wrong! They're terrific! The clips, springs and rubber pads hold material securely and the slight flexibility I noted before may well be by design as it seems to prevent the cracking and eventual breakage that I've previously experienced with plastic clipboards.

Yeah, sure. It is little a flimsy but honestly, how sturdy does it need to be? I actually think its lighter flimsier build is a plus. They are only five bucks plus some what ev. At that price just buy one and figure it out for sure on your own.
