I was torn between the traditional mat roller and the new tubes that compress and create a roll. I really like going through the entire process with the mat and it's easy.

Muhammad Huzaifa Farooqi: This has everything you need to become a sushi chef at home. I like the fact that it comes with 2 rolling mats and 5 chopsticks, which are of great quality. Just remember to cover the mat with cling film, so the rice doesn’t stick in between - otherwise makes it a bit challenging to clean in between the straws.
By using this I am able to perfectly roll my California rolls with no trouble.
