William: Brought this pump back in April,Used it to get mp pool ready for summer it worked fine... Bad rains over the weekend and the motor was running but no suction!! Is this a 1 and done Item?? this is what it was made for. Whish I could either get a replacement BC it may just be my unit or get a refund...

I too, thought my pump stopped working after 5 minutes, its because of the float switch. If people read the instructions it is very clear on fixing the issue, after I read them - this pump worked flawlessly. I highly recommend

So I really REALLY got to test this out over the last 24 hours since we got heaps of rain here in Michigan.. I dug a LARGE hole for a sump system at the end of a drain system that wraps around my house and I have had to run this pump 4x since last night, just came inside from the 4th time draining the pit, this thing works so insanely well. I want to add that I got this with the 100% intention of it being temporary until I have money for a high end outdoor permanent sump pump once I have all the money for the entire system. This is perfect for the time being and WAY easier than pulling bucket by bucket , while that is a great work out , I literally don't have that much time lol, thanks for this product

Jose Anguiano: The pump is well constructed but the float is too small and the cable too thick which makes it difficult to rise and drop within water thereby causing a problem turning on or off. The pump require priming so it defeats the purpose of being automatic. It's worthless to me. Looking for a better one now.

Robert Lalonde: The Deco sump pump is a compact but powerful submersible pump. It comes with a multi-sized hose fitting suitable for 1", G1, 1-1/4” and 1-1/2" hoses. I purchased this pump to drain my above-ground swimming pool, so I trimmed the fitting at 1-1/4” and attached the drainage hose from my pool sand filter. The larger the hose, the faster the pump can remove water.

This pump is fitted with a float switch designed to turn the pump off when the water reaches a certain level. If you don’t need the auto-off, you can leave the float switch pointing upward, which puts the switch in off mode.

I have only used this pump a few times so far, but it appears to be well-made and highly efficient: it drained my 15’ x 30’ pool to the halfway point in less than two hours.

So far, I am pleased with this pump. It is lightweight, efficient, quiet, and reasonably priced.

I had written the review below when I received the pump and read the manual before using the pump. After I used it I had to upgrade the review. It probably deserves 5 stars because of what you get for this price. It is very powerful when you use the 1 1/2" pvc pipe on the outlet.
