Decorative Rubber Door Stopper - High Quality and Clever Design

pj: What a wonderful, handy product!! I am using them for other purposes besides door stopping, too, and they are working like a charm! My old washing machine has worn-out front legs and kept "walking" during the spin cycle. Husband had used shims to try to fix this, but machine moved anyway. That is until I ordered these magic little problem solvers. Now they are on top of the shims and viola! finally no more walking! They are seriously the perfect solution for this nagging problem and saved us a bunch of money because nobody around here fixes washing machines anymore. I am also using them to keep a portable oxygen machine on wheels from rolling around on the floor of the van when I take a supplemental-oxygen user in my vehicle. These little stopper/wedges work perfectly for that problem, too. So, color me super happy with this product and grateful for it - Thanks!!

KL: This door stopper has been what I’ve been looking for to prop open a door with a large door gap. It’s durable, discreet and keeps the door open at all times. The little doorstop holder is an added bonus! This is a great item and high quality.

dt: We needed a door stop to fit in a very small gap between the door and the tile floor. This one works very well and looks good on the gray and white tile. So far it’s holding the door even with a moderate wind. The door stop was securely packed and I received it quickly. I would buy it again.

SueHayTM: I bought this for my high-school aged daughter to carry in her backpack at school. Kids are being taught that if there an active shooter they need to barricade the door and hide, but there isn’t always something to use for that purpose. My daughter was worried so I got this. I was really pleased when I received it. It’s heavy duty. The rubber is very stiff, but still flexible enough to be jammed far under a door. The rubber also “sticks” to the floor well—it’s not easy to open the door once it’s firmly in place. The curve at the back makes it very easy to give it a few good kicks to lodge it in place.

I know buying this to protect oneself from an active shooter sounds crazy. But it’s something my daughter can always have with her at school, and if it gives her just a little more peace of mind it’s well worth it.
Note: I can’t believe kids have to worry about this stuff nowadays! How awful.

CF11234: After trying several other stoppers including from Amazon, Homedepot etc which were failed to do the job I thought I would give it a try to this one although the price was much higher than others.
I couldn't be more happy. I needed the height around 1.5inches or more and Zero Edge Door Wedge was just PERFECT for my doors! Very happy with the quality of the product, happy that it is a flexible and actual rubber which doesn't slide and which actually stops any door. I have door which are heavy such as balcony doors and garage doors. Zero Edge Door Wedge stopper is just perfect! Price is on a higher side for a pair of rubber but it does the job
Small update from my first review: if the bottom of the rubber gets dusty the door stopper will slide and won't stop.One I guess it will happen with any door stopper.One should make sure the floor is dust free

Christin Heidmann: Wir haben uns diese Stopper bestellt, wegen der guten Bewertungen und in der Hoffnung, dass sie die Tür zu unserem Abstellraum offen halten. Der Raum ist mit einer selbschlißenden Eisentür verschloßen, schön sicher aber leider war es unmöglich mal schnell was alleine reinzustellen. Bisher musste immer einer die Tür auf halten.

Das ist jetzt anders. Die Stopper halten die Tür auf, auch wenn sie ganz leicht rutschen. Was aber bei der Kraft, die hinter der Tür steckt kein Wunder ist. Aber wir haben festgestellt, dass sie mit der Zeit sogar besser werden und das Rutschen abnimmt.

Würden sie jederzeit wiederkaufen.

UKfan: For some reason, I've taken far too long to replace a wooden wedge in the kitchen. I need to keep the door permanently open (I'm disabled) and the wooden wedge would work well until I knocked it with my crutches. Then it invariably became loose and the door started moving .......

I'm only using one of these "door stoppers" and it's perfect. The door hasn't budged since the wedge was put in place. As stated in the header, the floor is covered in lino and I couldn't be happier with the way this wedge has lived up to its billing. In fact, the only problem now is getting the wedge out when it's necessary to clean behind the door. Luckily, I've got other people to solve that problem for me. The crutches have knocked the wedge on numerous occasions since it was fitted and it's never moved an inch.

Highly recommended!

vpckat35vpckat35: Je crois que j'ai rarement été aussi agréablement surprise à réception d'une commande. Cette cale de porte est exactement ce que je pouvais espérer. Même au delà. Je m'attendais à un truc inesthétique et mal fini et en fait non franchement hormis la couleur ça va. Le produit est solide, parfaitement bien conçu, la finition de qualité. Mais j'aime surtout le fait que la porte ne bouge vraiment plus et pourtant j'en ai essayées des choses avant.
Le petit plus c'est le support. L'adhésif ne lâchera pas. Positionné juste au dessus des poignées de porte à l'intérieur des pièces, ça reste discret et plus aucune possibilité d'égarer ces petites choses : je suis totalement enchantée !

Thomas J. Quinlan: These are very effective. I'm using one on veneer, and one on carpet, and they fully stop our very heavy doors with no sliding. The only issue I've found is that they're like magnets to our now-crawling ten-month-old son, and that little loop/hole that's in the raised part is the perfect size for his little thumbs. Obviously parental supervision puts a stop to that, but it's something to consider if you have small children around.

J Lye: Don't get me wrong, these are the best door wedges I've found so far. I can't give 5 stars though as they still fail at holding the door open at least once a day. We have normal size doors, which are on those invisible door closers (built into the frame). They just can't compete with the smoothness of the wooden floor.
Would still recommend if you have £10 to spare.
