De'Longhi Nespresso Vertuo Plus Coffee and Espresso Machine - Perfect for Home or Office Use

KarmaB: I’d contemplated buying a Nespresso machine for several years now but the reviews on the model I was looking at kept me from making the purchase. After doing more research I found the vertuo and vertuo plus were the best rates of those machines. Least amount of manufacturing flaws and long life. I got this machine at a great price. I love the samples because it’s helping me build a profile of go to pods. Wish it came with one of all the options but I get it. The machine itself is simple to use and understand after watching a few YouTube videos. I recommend watching credible reviewers or going direct to the nespresso page for tips. I feel many people have issues because they don’t follow instructions such as priming before first use, flushing, and descaling properly. The temperature of the coffee is great. I question adding milk sometimes because of the quality crema I get each cup. I haven’t used the milk frother yet as I prefer the 4 in 1 I was already using. But I’ve heard good things about it and like having it as a back up. Also I don’t mind the red color. Amazon Customer: I feel as if I’m at a cafe every time I make an espresso. Decadent for sure.

C-Api: The machine is excellent. The pods for the machine are also very good; however, those pods are expensive. I stopped using my Keurig years ago because it couldn't create a bold cup of coffee. Until I found this machine, I've been brewing coffee with a $700 Breville, but now I only use the Breville when I want a latte or cappuccino. This thing truly brews a great cup; however, I clean and refill the pods with Lavazza Crema coffee as it's a cheaper route.

Taking 1 star off because you can't get pods other than from Nespresso. No one makes them. You either pay their ridiculous prices, or clean and refill the used pods.

jules: I love my machine. Especially the latte feature. However my milk frother overflows no matter how much milk I put in it. It worked fine the very first time then after that it all went downhill. I use regular whole milk. I did the minimum and maximum amount. The lid just doesn't stay sealed and the milk pours out. I don't know how to fix this and to buy just a hot milk frother looks super expensive so I'm disappointed

mimis: I purchased this cherry red nespresso on 8/21/2022 from amazon and by 9/29/2022 this machine is not working it wont make coffe and it went on a red circle on top ! I try to return and they wont take it back those are the prime benefits they offer ! me as a prime member ! . it worked for a month and 8 days and no product support what so ever! they wont care if I cancel my member ship as they have millions of costumers but for me its money lost ! and I work very hard for it ! thank you amazon ! pls do not buy like new take my advise! !! Update !! Update !! 10/13 2022 After contacting the manufacturer with no response at all ! I contacted Amazon again ! And was able to return product back ! And have purchased a new one ! They offer me a partial refund which is better then nothing ! Thank you ! Amazon !!
