Jean: j'avais fais un commentaire positif sur cet machine, au début malheureusement elle ne chauffe pas le café a une temperature suffisante et de plus elle est devenu plus bruyante malheureusement j'ai pris la decision de retourner. Je suis desapointé je pensais que ce produit aurait satisfait mes attentes.

LucioleLuciole: Je l’utilise chaque matin depuis 1 mois , non bruyante , le café est chaud et très savoureux . J’aime qu’elle donne le format carafe en plus de 4 autre formats , ce qui est avantageux quand on a des invités.

Steven: I got this so I could cut back on going to Starbucks and make my macchiatos at home. Has been a great success. Always happy to use this.
The storage/bin for empty cups is big enough that I just dump them out once a week and it's easy to clean. I like the stainless steel look, but it is a huge fingerprint magnet so if you care about that, be prepared to have to wipe that off all the time

Ellijay, GA: My first experience with Nespresso was during a trip to Germany. Our hotel used these machines for in-room coffee makers. Best cup of coffee ever! I typically take cream and sugar in my coffee, but I've found that with Nespresso I can get by without one or both. The coffee stays hotter and just tastes better than standard brewers here in the US.

Marc: I was looking forward to getting the Nespresso Vertuo Next. I have had a Keurig for years, and after tasting coffee made in my sisters Nespresso (original) I was ready for the step up.
I opened the Amazon packaging, which was the usual pristine Amazon packaging (5* for that) and noticed that the Nespresso box was damaged. After taking pictures, I opened it, to realize that this was quite obviously a customer return, not a new machine. Still, I went ahead and opened it. The box of capsules that came with it was also opened and some capsules bent. I figured I could straighten those easily enough and proceeded to set up the machine. Per the instructions I ran through a cleaning cycle. Good thing, the water that came out was the shade of light coffee - very dirty with particles. I ran another cleaning cycle. still dirty. It took 5 cycles to get more or less clean water.
I should have given up at this point, but the next morning I made a cup of coffee, and it was very good.
This morning (day 3) I made 2 more cups, also good. Then it stopped working completely. Can't make coffee (wasted one pod, and these things are not inexpensive (compared to Keurig), can't...

Richard S: Well I now own what use to be a very good coffee maker. Now I just have a grey thing sitting on my kitchen counter. I have written to Nespresso explaining the problem now we will see how good their warranty really is. I plan to up date this post and I am hopeful that I will change it to all five stars........

Well a few days later and after talking to their surpoprt I'm making a great cup of coffee again on my Nespresso machine. Make sure you clean themunit once a week with hot water. Thanks to the lady from Nespresso for all your help.
