Dida134: I wasn't sure if it would be an exact match but it turned out to be. I believe I purchased this tv in 2015, but no later than May 2016, from Best Buy. I am not sure if it's a specific model, but it is a smart tv-although the smart part is called Any-Net and has 2 HDMI ports. Since it is 8 years old, I just wanted to put in as much info for the description for anyone wondering if this would work on their tv.
