M. ALLYSON PARROTT: Sadly I had this for awhile love it, but never used the outlet until recently and noticed it’s an outlet I seen while in Italy and not a normal US outlet. Sort of frustrated that I didn’t notice it, until I needed it and could use it because I didn’t have my travel adapters with me. Didn’t think I would need them…. And here I am. Anyway, buyer be aware of the plug in on the station you order and make sure it’s one your country uses. Otherwise, it was a great power bank for USB ports and recharging it was no problem.

Amazon Customer: I'm not able to evaluate the specs of this battery, but the AC power keeps my laptop running for hours. I lost its charger, but it can still be charged (very slowly) via USB-C. Aside from the 110 v output and USB-C input already mentioned, it has 3 USB out plugs and one DC out plug, plus two bright lights (flood and flashlight?). But so far I have only used it for my laptop, and it has worked well for that.

Gail B.: I bought this item almost a year ago and only used it twice for power outage issues only. After the second time using it I noticed it didn’t hold a full charge anymore, only 50%. I contacted the company and they assisted me with the issue but unfortunately the item was defective. I ended up with a full refund given to me by the company. Thank you for all of your support and helping me with this matter. I also did not have return this item which was helpful.

Alfred & Lea: I love this little guy. We are off grid. I charge this little guy when the generator is on during day so I can watch my Roku TV @ night. 40" TV I get 4 hrs of play time. Charged most everything. Would run smaller fans (12" & box fan) for. A short time. Only ran hubs CPAP for a little while.
After having it and using daily, it zapped out 2 expensive power strips. 1st time I thought maybe I had overloaded (which could be, not sure) but 2nd time. Little dude was alone on the strip. I am going. To purchase a small solar panel to see if I can still use it.
Not sure what happened. Wish this unit was a tad larger so I could use while camping for fridge :)

Baby Willow: Well packaged and arrived early! It came charged to 50% (two lights) I fully charged it and have used it constantly since it arrived. It does everything advertised and more. I found out it will pass through charge, and will auto shut off if you forget (I fell asleep) and was very relieved it had turned itself off. Even off the fan was working. It pulls air through the unit and never even felt warm to the touch. I won’t make a habit of doing that, but I was relieved it had turned itself off.
It holds its charge very well. I charged my phone, Goal Zero lantern, and small rechargeable fan with it. I’ve only had to recharge it two times. Once I let it get to 50%, then 25%. It still charged and held its charge for days. I got this for a trip coming up so I can keep my stuff charged without having to turn on the car. Mission accomplished! The LED lights are nice, on the side-a flashlight...the two on front perfect for lighting the tent or a room. I like the shape, the flat top with a lip around the edge let’s me set my lantern on top to charge, then put my glasses and jewelry on top for sleep. My iPhone battery was going bad. I had a bad habit of just keeping it plugged into...
