I use this air fryer for most of my cooking. Love cutting up a potato, tossing in a small amount of olive oil, pink salt, rosemary herb, and place in the air fryer on 350 for 10-15 minutes. Delicious and low calories. Brussel sprouts too. Sliced eggplant is dreamy too, prepared the same way and at the very end, sprinkle a touch of vegan parmesan cheese and it crusts up. So delish. Getting hungry typing this. LOL!

This is our first air fryer and we absolutely love it! We use it almost every day and are always looking fot new recipes.
The only negative is that it’s a little hard to close the compartment, doesn’t line up easily. I’ve marked a line on the basket and base to make it easier to line up.
