Nik: Started off as a routine book in my baby's bookcase, and then my pedestrian suggested reading the same book as part of bed time routine as we were beginning sleep training. Great bed time book. Hard cover pages so the baby can grab and you you don't have to worry about the pages tearing. The story is about bedtime, so it's perfect for our routine.
