Leroy whitten: Removing 1 star because the cold side feels crooked. Works well overall and does not leak. Have had installed for 6 months.

yes it is plastic so be careful to not cross thread or over tighten and you will be fine!!!
I did not like that at the T's it was not all 1/2".. from the faucet T to the handles it is smaller than the 1/2" but water intake is 1/2" so it caused me to not be able to put my shut off valves in unless I go buy an adapter and 2 more lines. These mobile home tubs do not come with shut offs so with my old faucet I was able to put some in, I'm back to original set up now but with this new faucet "down fall" no shut off valves for now. Not a huge deal but I like to have shut offs on all water lines to prevent shutting off the water main. I will convert it later and update my review with a video.
I was lucky and got to use my larger knobs from my old tub faucet.
In a pinch I give it a 5 star.
