Cafe Au Lait: Someone wrote down the shortcomings that these purse inserts usually have and fixed most of them, which I appreciate. I hope they get that patent.

This insert has some structure with a removable flat plastic base, so it so it doesn’t just flop over in your bag and get squished. Other “structured” ones I’ve had were made of felt, which is hard to clean and is the wrong fabric for this type of item. You can wipe this off.

It has a retractable key lanyard plus an additional ring that I attach my earbud case to. The snaps on the side make it easy to expand or collapse as needed, and the pockets around the circumference are real pockets, not mesh. There’s an adjustable strap that you can use to “close” the top and still have easy access, which helps keeps things inside if it gets turned upside down.

If they ever iterate on this it would be nice to have a second zippered pocket for items that are private or that you absolutely don’t want to fall out. I use the existing one for cash when I carry it, but would rather keep certain personal products zipped up too. Or just one big zipper over the top.

Buddy and Naca: I have a series of satchel handbags that measure 8.86"h x 11.5"w x 4.73"d, handle drop: 5.5", strap drop: 22". This purse insert needs to be bigger, the largest they sell.

InnocentBystanderInnocentBystander: I dont know... I'm not really sure I like this yet. I have a Tori Burch, medium sized, black rectangular handbag. My mom and I have the same bags in different colors. I've been talking about these bag organizers forever to her, and was like I am going to get them for us. Bc they aren't cheap I only got one, to try. And.... Ehhh.... I don't know... Im not totally sold. The product itself is fine, looked clean and new, is sturdy and decently made, its a standard Amazon product quality. But it's function? Im yet to really reap the benefits just yet. It fits into the bad ok, Its the bag that is a weird shape, not the organizer, but It almost seems too small. I might have done better with a bigger, especially since my other bags are bigger than the Tori. To me the bag seemed like it was begging for one of these organizers so thats why I used that one for the comparison. Once the insert is in, I kind of feel like the pockets are just not really that accessible. I have to dig around anyway just to get to the pocket I put whatever item into. The majority of the organizer is just another rectangle to put stuff in. Like a bag, in a bag. The way the picture showed, and customer review...
