I've used several air fryers and this has to be one of the most user friendly, easy to clean, and adaptive one i've ever used. The skewer/rotisserie function is amazing. Would highly recommend.

It quit working... just quit. I used it to make fries then went to make fish fingers/sticks, and got nothing!
Everything else works in the outlet.
I've heard there may be a reset button, but I can't find it.
The website is no help; it suggests the outlet or the circuit box. (Niether apply here).
A shame because I liked it.

I bought this in October and today it stopped working. It did not come with an instruction manual. The manual I found online doesn't help much with trouble shooting. I shouldn't need to replace parts at this stage, the item is only 5 months old. One review claims they have been attempting to contact the company for weeks. There is only the option to email the company for any assistance, no one online for chat assistance and no phone number for contact.
I would advise not buying this item or any Cusimax item.

I would recommend that you run it at high temp to burn off any coating that might be on any of the internal item that are used.
My first time it smoked and smelt like burnt paint metal smell. After it burnt off it was fine the second time using it. Yes the first session taste like the smoke.
Nice air fryer though.
