Amazon Customer: did not get this item from Amazon. Shipper lost it. I did buy it locally and I love it. It's my third Cuisinart in twelve years. Used a Mr Coffee while I waited for the Amazon order to arrive. No comparison. Rich coffee flavor outstanding in the Cuisinart.

JRW: I had the same machine in stainless. Loved it & love my new one more. The matte black looks gorgeous in my kitchen. The flavor is perfect, it’s easy to clean, and the temperature is spot on‼️

D. West: Purchased to replace another brand that threw an error code I could not clear after a move. Coffee making should not be difficult. It was time for a better unit. This one is easy to use, and has brewed coffee better than I recall other makers doing. Overall, well recommended

Jody Miller: Product is very nice, just as expected. What I DID NOT like was that it was shipped without being boxed or protected. The entire bottom of the Cuisinart box, not a cardboard shipping box, was torn open. It was delivered upside down with only the styrofoam keeping it intact. Amazon, you need to do better. This is the second product I’ve had delivered this way.

Like the fact I can decide how hot to keep the coffee. Enjoy very much the option to select “bold.” The latter is very effective in terms of a great “wake up cup!”
Not sure the coffee’s done beep-Tone function is working. But who waits for the pot to finish before going for the first cup?
