T. Walters: The product itself is fine, however, whomever shipped it needs to add a little common sense. You don't ship crackers that are already in a bag in a shipping bag that has absolutely no sort of bubble wrap/protection to keep the crackers from braking. Now instead of a having a whole cracker, I have a bunch of broken crackers. Still edible but I didn't pay for a bag full of little pieces.
