Jason: Total pos!! I watched all the YOUTUBE videos on how to use it. Does NOT work at all. Spits a concentrate along the walls but won’t make the web. Very disappointed. Should be simple and straight forward. Tried 4 times. Had all the cones and correct sugar but no joy. Big waste!!

Michelle Thompson: It actually spins cotton candy! Very small amounts, but real cotton candy. The suction feet do not grip, and sometimes I need a second person to hold the unit in place while I collect the candy on the stick, It is very loud when operating. The speed on the spinner does not remain consistent during use, and spits out liquid sugar that cakes up on the side walls of the unit, but hey, it does make cotton candy. My kids love it.

Jarrod Kovanda: This is a great gift my girlfriend loved it. Crushed candy doesn't work very well and you can only make large grapefruit sized cotton candy balls because it can't hold too much sugar,..I didn't believe the other reviews that you can't make big cotton candy balls but its true they are small but it only takes a few seconds to re load and make a lot so its still worth it. I don't recommend crushed candy, as fun as it sounds it doesn't work as well as sugar and it makes a huge mess unlike sugar. And I recommend buying sugar that is made for cotton candy, it works much better and the flavor comes out better. This machine came super quick and it super easy to use I love it she loves it you should buy it...then love it

anney: I received this machine about a month ago now and have used it on 4 different occasions. Each time I have used it it has worked great! I love this machine!

-Big batches of cotton candy (this last time I made 3 large ziplocs full to give to family) do take a while because you have to break it into smaller batches. So it is not as quick as a large machine you can rent, etc. The amount of sugar the machine fits at one time is enough to make a thing of cotton candy about 1/4 to 1/3 the size you see at the carnival.

-Warm your machine up! Make sure you are warming your machine up, it makes all the difference. Taking the 5 minutes before you start using the products will save you lots of frustration.

-The sticks are slippery. I don't know if this is just a problem I've had but the sticks that come with the cotton candy are a little slippery and the candy has a tendency to slide off while still trying to add to it. Easy fix is the have the ends of the sticks the cotton candy will be on sitting in water while you get your machine together. Luckily I didn't buy this unit for the skewers though!

theoldfred: An un-asked for Christmas gift. As a surprise gift it was really good. Something better than a game for the computer or game player.
THe whole family gathered around the kitchen and let the grandkids make cotton candy for all. The machine works very well but adult supervision is necessary since the center gets very hot.
I'm glad I also bought the starting set including the paper cones and the SUGAR necessary. Made it usable right away without trying to use house-hold sugar. I guess regular sugar would have worked but the grape flavored sugar was a real hit.
This is a very high quality item and should last many years.
