the happy homemaker: They melt fine and have average flavor for dark chocolate. They have bitter undertones and if you are a fan of bitter undertones you will probably like these. I have a sensitive palette and don't enjoy strong bitter flavors. The price seems high for the average quality. I usually enjoy ghirardelli chocolate.

Tiffany: These were easy to melt round disc. I used them to make hot chocolate bombs. The flavor is more of a milk chocolate rather than a dark chocolate. Not a huge deal as I was making them as gifts. (I prefer dark chocolate). The hot chocolate bombs came out perfectly and with less finger prints than other melting chocolate
