Tricia: Excellent instruction book! Well organized, without wasted verbage on the history of beading or why you should do it, just straight to the techniques. Excellent full-color photos of both the materials and the steps of construction. The techniques are broken down into small steps, the projects are each well-organized, with a picture of the finished product and list of materials needed before proceeding with the instruction.

A Woman of a Certain Age: I am new to jewellery making/beading and had a few specific questions about the sort of things I wanted to make. Unfortunately this book didn't answer a lot of them. And the designs included in this book were not to my taste. But, like any type of art, this is a very personal thing. You might find that this is the perfect book for you.
